The Rio Health Forum (#RHF) takes place November 11–13, 2026 at the Museum of Modern Art of Rio de Janeiro (MAM). Chaired by Nelson Teich, it brings together in one place the people who make decisions and define the actions that can change healthcare in Brazil.
This year the forum has its own venue at MAM and runs in parallel with fisweek, at Marina da Glória. Attendance is by invitation only.
The 2026 theme: trust
The theme is “Building Trust in the Healthcare Ecosystem” (in Portuguese, “Construindo Relações de Confiança no Ecossistema da Saúde”). It starts from a diagnosis familiar to anyone in the sector: hospitals, payers, physicians, industry and government depend on each other, yet still relate with little transparency and a lot of dispute.
Why the theme matters for hospital revenue
In the revenue cycle, lack of trust shows up in numbers: denials, appeals, duplicate audits and payment times that keep stretching. Every disputed claim is a conversation that could have started with clear rules and complete information.
