fisweek, Latin America’s largest event on healthcare innovation, entrepreneurship and trends, takes place November 11–13, 2026 at AXIA Marina da Glória in Rio de Janeiro. It is the event’s first edition at the new venue, chosen to give fisweek a festival format, with outdoor activities throughout the three days.
In parallel, the Rio Health Forum brings together healthcare authorities and leaders at the Museum of Modern Art of Rio (MAM), in an invitation-only meeting.

From 5,000 to 15,000 people
The first edition was held during the pandemic, at the Rio de Janeiro Commercial Association. The next two took place at Expo Mag, in Cidade Nova: in 2024 the event drew 5,000 people and about 100 startups; in 2025, more than 11,000 people and 180 startups.
For 2026, the organizers want to bring academic research closer to the market, with more researchers on the program and support for new companies born in universities. The program also includes running, yoga and spinning, a dog lounge with therapy dogs and pet adoption, and performances by Portela and the Empolga às 9 street band at the end of each day.
Why we follow fisweek
fisweek brings healthtechs, investors, hospitals and payers to the same place, and AI applied to healthcare operations is one of its core themes. That is where the revenue cycle lives: getting what was done in care into the claim, and what was billed into the bank, with fewer denials and shorter payment times.
Will you be at fisweek?
If you are attending and want to talk about denials, payment times, billing efficiency or working capital, leave your contact. Our team will schedule a time with you.
