Building the financial infrastructure of private healthcare in Latin America.

We run the revenue cycle for private healthcare with artificial intelligence agents and specialists, so that every hospital receives everything it is entitled to.

How we started

The problem was never a lack of technology.

The biggest financial bottleneck in private healthcare is not a lack of technology. Hospitals have ERPs, auditors and dashboards, and still lose revenue between care delivery and payment. The problem is orchestration, and orchestration requires operations.

Our first enterprise partnership covers a network of more than ten hospitals, a thousand high-complexity beds and more than one hundred and twenty billing professionals. It is where we prove the model and build the foundation to scale.

Mission

To give hospitals back control of their financial health by turning the revenue cycle into intelligent, predictable, results-driven infrastructure. A hospital that gets paid better preserves beds, sustains its teams and expands care.

Vision

To be the operating system for hospital financial health in Latin America. The layer that understands every invoice, contract, payer and receivable, and turns that understanding into predictable revenue and preserved care capacity.

Financial infrastructure is also healthcare infrastructure.

Values

What guides every decision.

  1. 01

    Impact before vanity

Every initiative answers the same question: how much of this becomes revenue, cash or an active bed. Automation without measurable consequence is not progress.

  2. 02

    Intelligence in service of operations

AI amplifies human capacity. Agents handle volume; specialists validate, decide and teach the system.

  3. 03

    Accuracy is care

We treat financial accuracy as part of quality of care. Correct revenue is a condition for sustainable hospitals.

  4. 04

    Radical partnership with hospitals

We build within the reality of each hospital's systems, teams and contracts, and we take responsibility for the outcome.

  5. 05

    Compound learning

Every invoice, contract and denial processed makes the platform smarter. The advantage comes from learning accumulated at scale.

  6. 06

    Corporate brain

Knowledge about payers, denials and audits no longer depends on who leaves: it belongs to the hospital, documented and accessible to the whole team.

Founders

Three founders who have already gone from zero to IPO, together.

Accrua was founded by people who built infrastructure for complex, regulated markets resistant to change, and who know what it takes to go from zero to scale. Three decades of enterprise operations, with two exits and an IPO on the NYSE.

Why this team

A rare track record of joint execution at scale.

The hospital revenue cycle demands more than healthcare knowledge. It requires transforming complex processes, deploying technology in critical environments, operating at scale and building systems that learn from data. Accrua's founders bring these skills together, with a track record of having executed together, from zero to IPO, in another equally demanding enterprise market.

The founders

Strategy, product and intelligence, with a proven track record.

of Accrua: enterprise sales in Brazil and Latin America

A technology entrepreneur on his fifth venture. He co-founded Primordia, which became VTEX, where he took the commercial operation from US$ 10 million to US$ 150 million in revenue up to the NYSE IPO, growing more than 50% a year. VTEX sold mission-critical infrastructure to retailers who depended on it to operate: the same buyer profile as a hospital, the same enterprise sales cycle and the same retention effect once results show. Felipe knows how this sale is made and how to scale it.

He worked at Accenture and IBM, co-founded Primordia and was CCO of VTEX up to the IPO, working at the intersection of product, implementation and customer success in more than 30 countries. He then founded EICOM Institute in the United Kingdom, where he trained more than 20,000 professionals in 30 countries. He is the profile that closes the contract and delivers the system, and who understands that the product is the operation surrounding the technology. In an AI-native service model, where delivery is software and people at the same time, this profile is a condition of the business.
