Felipe Dellacqua, founder and CEO of Accrua, is one of the confirmed names at SP2B 2026. On August 14, from 12:45 to 13:30, he will moderate on the Beehive stage, in the Growth Stage track, the panel "Pacto de Sócios: A Engenharia por Trás de Sociedades (Quase) Perfeitas" (Founders' Agreement: the engineering behind (almost) perfect partnerships).
The invitation comes at a symbolic moment. Accrua is the fifth company Felipe has founded, and the panel's topic runs through his whole career: how to choose partners, align expectations before the first crisis and keep a healthy relationship over years of fast growth, funding rounds, acquisitions and restructurings.
A serial entrepreneur on his fifth venture
In 22 years of career, Felipe has helped build some of the most relevant technology companies in the country:
E-tática
Founder and CEO of one of the country's first full-commerce companies, even before Infracommerce existed. It quickly became a reference and was featured in outlets such as O Globo, Forbes and Valor Econômico. It was his first entrepreneurial venture, founded in 2006.
Emercatus (sold to Original Media)
Founder and CEO of an e-commerce consulting and management agency for traditional Brazilian retail brands. For almost four years it was a reference among the country's leading fashion brands, until it was sold to the agency Original Media in 2014.
Primordia (sold to VTEX)
He founded Brazil's first SaaS e-commerce platform for fashion, which reached 80% market share before being acquired by VTEX in 2014.
VTEX (NYSE IPO)
Co-founder and VP of Sales for seven years, from the Series A, B and C rounds to the US$ 3.7 billion IPO on the NYSE.
Fundamentos Digitais
Adventures, Infracommerce and Deal Group
VP of Revenue at Adventures; CSMO at Infracommerce (BVMF: IFCM3), where he co-led the turnaround; and CRO at Deal Group, unifying sales and marketing for five companies across four continents.
Accrua
Founder and CEO of the AI-native operating system for hospitals, which runs the private healthcare revenue cycle end to end.
In parallel, Felipe has taught MBA programs at FGV, ESPM and UNICAMP, and works as a growth advisor for startups, sharing with new founders what he learned in each of these ventures.
The panel: the engineering behind good partnerships
Partnerships tend to fail for the same reason as marriages: lack of alignment on what goes unsaid before the storm begins. The panel sets out to open the "black box" of the relationship between founders and discuss, without clichés, the legal, financial and psychological engineering that underpins the most successful companies.
The idea is to treat the founders' agreement as the business's braking system: what keeps the company from rolling over on the curves of hypergrowth or crisis, protecting the company without breaking the alignment between the people. Topics under debate include:
- Exit rules and entry of new partners
- Vesting and long-term alignment
- Governance and decision-making
- Capital allocation in growth and in crisis
From experience to Accrua
Accrua was born with this learning at its core. Building the financial infrastructure of hospital care is a long-term project that requires partners aligned on vision, governance and use of capital. It is the same principle Accrua brings to its relationship with hospitals: a partnership with shared accountability for results.
